How to submit
Please send a submission package with a CD or recorded demo of your music, along with contact information and a one pager about the project.

Special notes
Grant applicants
If you plan to apply for tour funding from the Canada Council or other funding bodies please make note of this in your submission package.
Non-jazz artists
If you are unsure of whether or not your project fits our programming mandate please contact the artistic director prior to submitting.

Due to the large volume of submissions we receive each year it is not possible to reply to all applicants.
Deadlines
Canada Council Applications
If you are planning to apply for a Canada Council Music Toruing Grant (due Dec 1st), then please submit your application to JazzEast by October 15, 2011. For the most up-to-date information on The Canada Council of Arts grant deadlines, please click here.
JazzEast's final deadline
For all artist submissions, the final deadline is January 31, 2012.
